D-TU | Vacuum lifting devices

The D-TU vacuum lifting device is the ideal companion for use on construction sites. It meets the requirements of EN 13155 and offers a redundant vacuum system that guarantees maximum safety. Thanks to its battery operation, the device can be operated independently of the mains and also lasts an entire working day without recharging. Installing windows, trapezoidal sheets or sandwich panels is child's play. The D-TU is extremely versatile and can be adapted to any airtight material, making it a truly multifunctional device.

load capacity:
The D-TU vacuum lifting device can move impressive loads. Without bracing, the load capacity for sandwich panels is up to 400 kg and with bracing even up to 600 kg. In the configuration for glass elements or other airtight materials, a payload of up to 800 kg is possible.

Design:
The flat design of the device makes it possible to work in confined areas and behind scaffolding, which considerably extends the range of applications. Thanks to the swivel function, loads can be positioned both horizontally and vertically in a variety of ways. The protected hose guide inside the support tubes ensures additional safety and a long service life. The tool-free assembly enables quick and uncomplicated deployment on the construction site.

Modularity:
The optional bracing and the attachable extension elements for the longitudinal beam enable the lifting of façade or roof elements up to 26 m long. As an option, the vacuum lifting device can be converted for handling glass elements. The specially designed beam holder ensures gentle and damage-free handling of glass and other sensitive materials. The D-TU is extremely versatile and flexible in terms of possible applications and can be converted in just a few steps.
