D-TB | Vacuum lifting devices
The T-TB vacuum lifting device significantly simplifies the transportation of wooden planks/beams. Thanks to our specially developed vacuum monitoring system, the current vacuum level is continuously monitored, ensuring the highest safety when handling heavy loads exceeding 1000 kg. With the D-TB, you have the ideal assistant for your production or for loading your joinery line.
User-Friendliness:
The simple design of the D-TB makes the device extremely user-friendly and clear. However, it can also be customized to meet your specific requirements. Easily locking the suction plates (optional) allows for maximum flexibility.
Operation:
By default, the device is controlled via the control handle, where the suction and release of the load are operated by buttons. Optionally, this control handle can be swivel-mounted for side operation. Additionally, the device can be equipped with a remote control system, or the functions can be operated via the crane control.
Options:
The device can be equipped with various options, such as attaching two load hooks or integrating it into an automated loading system. It is also possible to expand the payload afterward to ensure the device remains usable as production processes change.
